Our Catalytic Converters are a direct fit product with no need for additional pipes or modifications.
They are manufactured in the UK to European type approval . All Cats carry a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty.
In order to comply with the terms of the warranty, you should follow the guidelines below before and after fitting a new Cat
1. Find out why the original Catalytic Converter failed and correct the fault before fitting the new unit
2. Check the condition of the Lambda Sensors and replace if necessary (we stock Lambda Sensors)
3. Do not subject the unit to impact forces e.g. dropping, this will damage the brick inside the unit causing the unit to malfunction
4. Do not use undue force when fitting
5. Do not use exhaust sealing paste before the Cat as this can clog the Catalyst resulting in total or partial failure of the unit
6. Ensure a fully gas tight exhaust
